Quotations are valid for the period stated on the proposal. Due to fluctuations in raw material (petrochemical) prices, Gokai reserves the right to negotiate price adjustments after the validity period or when market conditions change significantly. All shipments strictly follow Incoterms 2020 (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP), with risk transfer, cost allocation, and delivery obligations clearly defined per the selected term. Gokai shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to international logistics congestion, raw material shortages, customs inspections, port strikes, or natural disasters. A reasonable delivery grace period will apply, and we will notify customers promptly with revised schedules.
