Introduction
PETG (Polyethylene terephthalate glycol), thermoplastic polyester that provides excellent toughness, chemical resistance and is easy to thermoform. With its low forming temperature, PETG can be readily vacuumed and pressure-formed as well as heat bent. PETG fabricates well using processes like die cutting, drilling, routing, and bending. PETG is a high impact, co-polyester material, but it does not hold up well in outdoor applications. Because of its soft surface it is also vulnerable to scratching in high contact environments.
PETG film roll is a thermoplastic film made by Polyethylene terephthalate resin.PETG offers the capability to produce complex shapes, precise details, deep draws and compound curves without worrying about durability. PETG is easily formed, die-cut and punched. It also brings increased design freedom and lower fabrication costs. In sheet form, PETG has the impact strength and fabrication ease that acrylic can`t touch, with the durability to significantly reduce packaging and shipping costs.
